Medical Emergencies
If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or illness:

Instead of canceling, you can modify your booking in the following ways:
- Date Change: Change your tour date to another available date for free if requested 14+ days before the tour
- Tour Upgrade: Upgrade to a premium package with minimal additional charges
- Participant Change: Replace a participant name with another person up to 7 days before the tour
- Package Modification: Modify included services based on availability

⚖️ Important Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation dates are calculated based on the date we receive your cancellation request, not the date you sent the email
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
- Bank processing fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount
- We reserve the right to cancel tours with insufficient bookings. In such cases, full refund or alternative tour will be offered
- By booking with Rudraa India, you agree to this cancellation policy
- No refunds will be issued for tours from which you voluntarily withdraw during the tour
- All refund calculations will be done in INR based on current exchange rates
