What's NOT Included

• Personal expenses (shopping, phone calls, laundry, etc.)
• Travel to and from the meeting point (unless specified)
• Flights and airfare (unless mentioned in package)
• Travel insurance (unless included in premium packages)
• Items of personal nature or optional activities
• Tips and gratuities for guides and staff

Itinerary Changes

• Rudraa India reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons
• Substitutions of equal or higher quality will be offered when necessary
• No refunds will be issued for itinerary changes due to force majeure events
• We will notify you of significant changes as soon as possible

📋 Traveler Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure all travel documents (passport, visa, permits) are valid and current
• Obtain necessary vaccinations as required by health authorities
• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and staff
• Respect local laws, customs, and traditions at all times
• Behave responsibly and not engage in illegal or unethical activities
• Report any health or safety concerns immediately to staff
• Not consume excessive alcohol or drugs during the tour

Code of Conduct

• Be respectful to guides, staff, and fellow travelers
• Follow hotel and tour facility rules and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces
• Not engage in harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Photography and videography must respect privacy and cultural sensitivity

Violation Consequences

• Travelers violating code of conduct may be asked to leave the tour immediately
• No refunds will be issued for removal from tours due to misconduct
• Travelers may be held liable for damages caused
• Rudraa India reserves the right to ban future bookings

🏥 Health & Safety Conditions

Medical Fitness

• You confirm that you are fit to participate in the tour activities
• Disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations to our support team
• We are not liable for any medical emergencies or health complications arising from pre-existing conditions
• Basic first aid will be provided by trained staff on site
• For serious medical emergencies, we will facilitate hospitalization at local health facilities

Adventure Activities

• Some tours involve adventurous activities with inherent risks
• Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk
• All safety equipment will be provided and must be used properly
• We have trained instructors but cannot guarantee 100% safety
• Age and fitness restrictions apply to certain activities as specified

Travel Insurance

• We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance independently
• Travel insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and evacuation
